Player OUTSIDE Y! Top-100 Actual Rankings You’d MOST Want to Own for the Second Half. And Why?:

Toss up between Justin Upton and Adrian Gonzalez. Both were first round draft picks, and both have underperformed severely. Going forward, how could these two be any worse? Nick Markakis. Good protection with strong lineup. Mike Moustakas- He now has roughly the equivalent of a full season’s worth of at-bats for his career. Looks like he’s really starting to feel it. Could easily see him duplicating his first-half numbers.

Matt Kemp. We know when healthy he will turn it around.

Player IN Y! Top-100 Actual Rankings You’d LEAST Want to Own for the Second Half. And Why?: Josh Reddick. Most of his damage came early in the season. If you take out his torrid May, Joshie has a mere nine HR and 23 RBI. Yuck. Giancarlo Stanton. Injury could keep him sidelined for rest of season. Adam Dunn- I’m actually very glad to see that he has rebounded after a historically bad 2011. 25 home runs? Awesome. 61 RBI? Fantastic. But he has 134 Ks in 293 at-bats. I’m down for the all-or-nothing slugger, but this season he’s gone too far.

Josh Reddick…still not a believer.
